If you’re using the Kaltura Capture application downloaded to your laptop to capture video, check to make sure that your videos are visible in My Media in eLearn. A recent update has created a mismatch between the username for older installations of the app and the updated web version. If you sign into it via the web interface (via eLearn or video.capu.ca) you’ll be able to access Kaltura Capture by selecting ADD NEW > Kaltura Capture. To make sure that you’re always using the most up-to-date version of the Kaltura Capture app and that it’s linked to the right account, please ensure you are accessing it from the web interface and not from your local computer.
