Tania Loken joins the CTE as the Educational Developer – Work Integrated Learning (WIL) to consult, support and collaborate with faculty to enhance and develop effective strategies for work-integrated learning in curriculum at both the course and program level. Tania will be working across the faculties and, in collaboration with the CapU WIL team, will be offering WIL focused supports to individual instructors and whole departments, in addition to general educational development support.
She is a Certified Work Integrated Learning Practitioner, holds a Provincial Instructor’s Diploma and an MA in Tourism Management from Royal Roads University. She has facilitated over a hundred career focused workshops for diverse student groups at BCIT and CapU since 2014.
