Academic integrity is fundamental to the creation, use, and sharing of knowledge in ethical ways in post secondary teaching and learning. Effective September 1, 2024, Capilano University has updated its policies and procedures to reflect the changing landscape of teaching and learning and to clarify roles and responsibilities. Upholding academic integrity requires relational accountability and therefore is a collective responsibility of all of the university community, including staff, students and faculty.
In this interactive online workshop, participants will have the opportunity to apply key features of the new Academic Integrity Procedures to practice scenarios and engage in discussions and small group activities to support each other in fostering academic integrity at CapU.
