Microsoft/Office 365 Workflow for Teaching - January, 8, 11, 22 & 25, 2021

Looking for a way to streamline the way you manage your teaching materials and communication? CapU’s Microsoft 365 comes with a set of powerful integrated tools that can save time and make your teaching life easier. In this workshop we’ll introduce you to a workflow using: 

    • One Drive 
    • Powerpoint 
    • Excel 
    • Word 
    • One Note 

and

    • Protopage (a tool for creating custom dashboards)
Introduction to eLearn - January 4, 6, 12, 14, 18, 20, 26 & 28, 2021

New to eLearn? In this workshop we will take you on tour of your eLearn course and introduce you to all the activities and resources available to you to teach your course. We will review a variety of course formats and navigation possibilities and demonstrate how you can easily setup readings, assignments and quizzes. We will also demonstrate how you can engage your students with discussion forums, polling and collaboration tools. 
Introduction to Kaltura - January 5, 7, 13, 15, 19, 21, 27 & 29, 2021

Looking to explore video options for you and your students? Kaltura is our video service that allows faculty and students to create and publish videos. In this workshop we will also demonstrate how easy it is to setup video assignments, resources and quizzes right inside your eLearn course.
