For synchronous online sessions with your class you have access to Zoom and MS Teams. The most frequently used video conferencing tool for teaching and learning at Capilano University is Zoom.

Zoom

To access your Zoom account, go to capu.zoom.us and sign in using your Single Sign On credentials. Zoom is also integrated into the eLearn course site. When in editing mode for your course site, choose Add an activity to add it to your course page. Check out the Zoom Learning Center site for resources.

MS Teams

You will need to set up a Team for your course and invite your class into it in order to connect with them. To access Teams, sign into your Windows 365 account and choose the Teams app. For practical strategies for setting up on Teams:
