Community of Practice: Scholarly Inquiry and Research
The CoP: Scholarly Inquiry and Research connects faculty at Capilano who are currently engaged, or would like to be engaged, in research or scholarly inquiry. This includes facilitating research undertaken by students as part of coursework, as well as research on teaching and learning (SoTL), and research undertaken as part of faculty professional development. Meeting topics and structure will be decided on at community meetings taking into account member interests and emerging trends in scholarly inquiry and research. Co-facilitators of the CoP are Dr. Kathleen Kummen and Dr. Janet Waters. email firstname.lastname@example.org for meeting times/locations.
