Participants will develop practical skills for addressing micro and macro aggressions in educational settings while maintaining productive learning environments. The session emphasizes evidence-based facilitation strategies and classroom management techniques that support inclusive dialogue\, distinguished from general inclusive teaching practices by its specific focus on managing challenging moments when they arise.
